INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual sessions provide you with a safe space to work through emotional distress, gain clarity with work/life transitions, continue on the path of self discovery and growth, and receive support and guidance along your journey. These are but a few reasons individuals seek therapy, contact me for a complimentary consult to see if I can be helpful to you.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING
Relationship counselling provides an environment in which each partner has the space to feel heard and understood. During therapy each member of the couple will be encouraged to take accountability for their actions and the state of the relationship. We will work together to recognize trigger points and unhealthy patterns of behaviour and then will practice communicating emotions and needs effectively in order to create a secure bonds with each other.
You can expect the following format for relationship therapy:
Session 1: Couples attend the first session together (75 min session)
Session 2 & 3: I meet individually with each member of the couple (50min each)
Intervention sessions: 75minutes in duration.

PARENTING SUPPORT
Parenting is associated with so much joy and often an equal amount of struggle. Whether you are facing prenatal issues (such as difficulty accepting your pregnant body, fear of the birthing process etc.), postnatal issues (such as postpartum blues, depression, and anxiety), or various issues associated with parenting young children I would be happy to support you and your family. I offer home visits if desired. Please note that I do not counsel children.
