About the event
Statistics show that the majority of couples report a significant dip in relationship satisfaction within the year after they welcome a baby. This has a lasting negative impact on both the couple’s relationship and their baby’s health and well-being. Yikes! No one wants that!
During this workshop you will learn some of the skills to increase the joy of parenting and learn the tools you need to be the best parenting team possible. You will also learn how to keep your friendship with your partner strong and develop strategies for parenting intentionally. We will talk about what kind of parents we want to be and about what babies need to get off to a great start.
You will learn to be mindful of your needs, your partner’s needs, and your baby’s needs, so that each person in your family feels known, loved, and respected.
